About The Position

The Campaign Manager is able to operationalize audience activation and messaging strategies by orchestrating, executing, and optimizing cross-channel campaigns that drive guest engagement, retention, and revenue.​

Requirements

  • High school diploma
  • Understanding of product development life cycle​
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret documents, such as policy and procedure manuals, instructions, emails and other related documents.
  • Ability to respond to common inquiries from other employees or guests.
  • Fluency in English required, second language a plus.
  • Ability to write detailed instructions and correspondence.
  • Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and group situations.
  • 21 years of age or above.
  • A valid Nevada Gaming License is required and must be obtained before entering this position.

  • 3+ years working in the hospitality industry preferred
  • Braze certification(s) preferred

Responsibilities

  • Build and launch campaigns in Braze (Canvas, messaging, triggers).
  • Manage campaign calendars, assets, and workflows.
  • Ensure QA of content, links, scheduling, and audience segments.
  • Coordinate with Creative, Mobile, and Web teams for assets.
  • Analyze performance and provide actionable insights.
  • Maintain campaign documentation and playbooks.
  • Support A/B/n testing and optimization.
  • Partner with Analytics to define KPIs and reporting dashboards.
  • Troubleshoot deployment issues with Integrations and Solutions Architect support.
  • Ensure compliance with marketing regulations and opt-in/consent rules.
