About The Position

UL Solutions is seeking a Product Manager, Business Transformation to support the execution of strategic business transformation initiatives across operational, technology, and data domains. This role will partner with business and technology stakeholders to improve processes, standardize operating models, modernize technology capabilities, and support organization-scale transformation programs. This role will operate at the intersection of business operations, technology, data, and process governance, driving scalable, repeatable, and auditable solutions that improve efficiency, quality, visibility, and business outcomes. Initial assignments are expected to support laboratory operations modernization, including process standardization, workflow optimization, data management, and technology enablement initiatives.
