In this role, you will: Support the execution of credit card initiatives aligned to business priorities and customer needs. Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitive activity to help inform business decisions and recommendations. Assist in the development of product, credit, and marketing strategies that support portfolio growth and customer engagement. Evaluate product features, customer experiences, and marketing programs to identify opportunities for improvement. Partner with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Risk, Finance, Operations, and Technology, to support implementation of key initiatives. Contribute to efforts to simplify products, processes, and customer experiences. Support business analysis, reporting, and recommendation development to aid decision-making. Ensure initiatives are executed in accordance with regulatory, risk, and compliance requirements. Build knowledge of credit card products, portfolio management, and customer engagement strategies.
