About The Position

Wells Fargo is seeking a Product Manager to support the strategic direction of the Wells Fargo Branded Credit Card business. In this role, you will contribute to product, credit, and marketing initiatives that support growth, improve customer experience, and enhance portfolio performance. You will collaborate with cross-functional partners to help deliver business priorities, analyze market trends, and support the development of customer-focused solutions while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. In this role, you will: Support the execution of credit card initiatives aligned to business priorities and customer needs. Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitive activity to help inform business decisions and recommendations. Assist in the development of product, credit, and marketing strategies that support portfolio growth and customer engagement. Evaluate product features, customer experiences, and marketing programs to identify opportunities for improvement. Partner with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Risk, Finance, Operations, and Technology, to support implementation of key initiatives. Contribute to efforts to simplify products, processes, and customer experiences. Support business analysis, reporting, and recommendation development to aid decision-making. Ensure initiatives are executed in accordance with regulatory, risk, and compliance requirements. Build knowledge of credit card products, portfolio management, and customer engagement strategies.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of Product Management experience, product development experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with a leading credit card issuer, management consulting firm, or financial services organization, with exposure to consumer lending products (credit cards, auto loans, personal loans)
  • Familiarity with credit policy, risk frameworks, and regulatory compliance considerations
  • Experience with competitive analysis, market research, and benchmarking to support product recommendations and business decisions
  • Familiarity with financial modeling concepts and an understanding of pricing, profitability, and key business performance drivers
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with business partners and stakeholders
