About The Position

The Product Manager, Billing Transformation is accountable for Billing Transformation as a business capability within T-Mobile for Business — responsible for ensuring TFB customers are billed accurately, efficiently, and on time across every segment we serve. This role exists because billing is not a platform problem. It is an end-to-end business process that begins the moment an order is placed and doesn't close until payment is collected. Every step in between — how a product is ordered, how it is provisioned, how it is rated, how entitlements are structured, and how invoices are generated — has the potential to delay or disrupt the billing outcome. TFB serves a diverse customer base across enterprise, mid-market, small business, government, and wholesale segments. Each segment carries distinct billing structures, contract terms, invoicing requirements, and payment cycles. This PM will understand how T-Mobile for Business bills customers in each of these segments — not at a surface level, but deeply enough to identify where ordering decisions, rate plan configurations, provisioning gaps, or entitlement errors are creating downstream billing failures specific to that segment. This role is responsible for the billing capability roadmap and serves as the connective tissue across the full order-to-cash ecosystem — partnering with platform owners across Ordering, Provisioning, Rate Plans & Offers, Contracts & Entitlements, and Billing Integration to identify upstream root causes of billing failures and drive resolution, even when the fix lives outside the billing platforms directly owned. They are not a passive recipient of upstream output; they are an active driver of ecosystem health from order to cash. The right candidate brings direct T-Mobile for Business experience, a working understanding of how TFB billing operates across customer segments and the full order-to-cash chain, and the ability to lead discovery and requirements work without dedicated BA support. They are deeply comfortable partnering with IT on technical feasibility, delivery lifecycle, and release execution, and they think in outcomes — not features.
