About The Position

This senior-level product management role focuses on driving the vision and execution of automation features within a modern customer experience platform. The Product Manager will define and prioritize the roadmap, translating customer feedback and market insights into actionable product initiatives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and customer experience, to deliver impactful features from concept through launch. Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably with highly technical products.
  • Degree in a technical or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Experience leveraging AI and automation technologies in product development.

  • Excellent communication, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

  • Own the product strategy and roadmap for automation features, aligning with company objectives.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and business teams to drive product development and successful launches.
  • Gather and synthesize customer feedback, market trends, and competitive insights to inform product decisions.
  • Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to deployment and iteration.
  • Act as the primary liaison between product teams and senior leadership, ensuring transparency and alignment.
  • Define success metrics, monitor performance, and make data-driven adjustments to product plans.
  • Mentor and support junior product managers or cross-functional team members when applicable.
