A Product Coordinator is responsible for the coordination and timely delivery of multiple projects related to their assigned product(s). Under general direction, formulates and defines system scope and objectives. Creates a detailed business analysis, outlining problem, opportunities and solution. Prepares detailed specifications from which programs will be written. Tests and documents those programs. Conducts project meetings and is responsible for project tracking and analysis. Ensures adherence to quality standards and reviews project deliverables. Competent to work at the highest technical level of all phases of programming activities within the product line. Comfortable working with senior leadership and providing analytical background for business problems. Demonstrate respect, dignity, kindness and empathy in each encounter with all patients, families, visitors and other employees regardless of cultural background.
