Requirements

Bachelorâs degree and 5+ years of applicable experience, with at least 2 years focused on automation or digital transformation.
Strong understanding of AI technologies, including machine learning and generative AI principles.
Experience leading multiple concurrent projects using project management software like Jira.
Experience in UX design and validation for digital solutions, including mobile-first design.
Knowledge of data governance and applied AI governance.

Responsibilities

Coordinate with functional service lines to identify embedded AI and custom AI opportunities.
Prioritize features and initiatives based on ROI, business value, and stakeholder input.
Ensure development and delivery align with stakeholder expectations and business outcomes.
Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for automation products.
Design and implement change management and communication plans for AI solution adoption.
Ensure compliance with security, data privacy, and governance standards.
Liaise with the Program Management Office for project delivery health updates.
Provide tactical support for risk mitigation and team dependencies.
Support and influence the technology roadmap and strategy for Automation and AI programs.
