Product Manager, AI Enablement

Pindrop
$130,000 - $150,000Remote

About The Position

Pindrop is seeking a Product Manager, AI Enablement to own the product experience that transforms Pindrop's AI capabilities into practical, repeatable workflows across various internal departments including Finance, RevOps, People, Recruiting, Customer Success, Marketing, and Legal. This role is part of the centralized AI Operations group and focuses on mapping internal processes, identifying high-value problems, building or configuring agentic solutions, and demonstrating ROI. The initial focus will be on Finance and RevOps, with subsequent allocation to other areas based on need. The Product Manager will be responsible for mapping current-state workflows, identifying AI integration points, building and managing a portfolio of internal AI tools and workflows, and ensuring projects move from prototype to production. They will also audit existing AI capabilities within purchased tools, extend the shared AI platform, and design the operating process for moving AI concepts from prototype to production. A key aspect of the role is consolidating learnings across functions to enable reuse and driving adoption through practical enablement sessions. The role requires a strong focus on defining success metrics, tracking adoption, and proving the return on investment for AI initiatives.

Requirements

  • Process mapping: Ability to document current-state workflows end-to-end, extract tools and context, and use this map as the foundation for AI solutions.
  • 3+ years in product management, product operations, AI enablement, or a closely related role at a technology company, with PM-level ownership of scope, requirements, delivery, and metrics.
  • Hands-on experience with frontier AI CLIs and coding tools, including Codex, Claude Code, Anti-Gravity, and/or SuperGrok.
  • Demonstrated ability to build agentic systems that solve a discrete, measurable problem (shipped solution, not just a demo).
  • GitHub profile showing 3-4 built projects, or ability to walk through work in detail if no profile is available.
  • Fluency in context engineering and ontology design, with the ability to speak to concepts and apply them in practice.
  • Conceptual command of test-driven development and eval-driven development for AI systems, understanding the importance and definition of evals.
  • Proven ability to define success metrics, track adoption, and make the ROI case for AI investments to skeptical stakeholders.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with meta harnesses and multi-agent orchestration frameworks.
  • Familiarity with RAG patterns, LLM output evaluation, hallucination mitigation, and release gating in enterprise contexts.
  • Exposure to AI acceptable-use policies, data-handling guardrails, or workforce governance frameworks.
  • Background in high-growth, AI-native, or B2B SaaS environments.
  • Experience building enablement content, use-case libraries, or office-hours programs from scratch.

Responsibilities

  • Map processes before touching AI, documenting current-state workflows, identifying context and tools, and pinpointing AI integration opportunities.
  • Build and manage a portfolio of internal AI tools, agentic workflows, and prompt-based copilots, pushing projects from prototype to production.
  • Audit AI capabilities already built into purchased tools (e.g., Greenhouse, ERP) before developing new solutions.
  • Extend Pindrop's shared AI platform and agent infrastructure to new use cases.
  • Design and implement the operating process for moving AI concepts from prototype to production, including evaluation, human-in-the-loop review, rollout criteria, and post-launch monitoring.
  • Consolidate learnings across functions to enable reuse and build supporting tooling and documentation.
  • Define success metrics, instrument usage, track adoption, and articulate the company's ROI from AI investments.
  • Drive adoption through practical enablement, including workshops, onboarding paths, office hours, and coaching.

  • Competitive compensation package, including RSUs (Restricted Stock Units)
  • Remote-first environment
  • Unlimited Paid Time Off (PTO)
  • Generous health and welfare plans (including one employer-paid “employee-only” plan)
