About The Position

We are building the next generation of AI-native data infrastructure, helping Fortune 500 companies—including Cisco, Pepsi, and Workday—optimize their entire data stack. We're experiencing exceptional growth: 8x revenue growth over the past 12 months, surpassed our $3M annual revenue milestone, raised $12M from leading investors including Canaan Partners, Sierra Ventures, and the founder of Postman, and are positioned for an exciting Series A fundraising round. Our engineering and product teams are deeply AI-native, constantly experimenting with cutting-edge AI tools and workflows. This is an opportunity to work on technology that is fundamentally changing how modern software is built. We're looking for a highly technical Product Manager who is passionate about modern data infrastructure and AI-native products. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working closely with engineering teams, shipping products from 01, and translating customer feedback into technical product decisions. You'll play a key role in defining the roadmap for products used by highly technical users including data engineers, analytics engineers, and AI developers.

Requirements

3+ years of Product Management experience.
Experience building and launching technical products from 01.
Experience as a Product Manager at an early-stage startup (Seed through Series B preferred).
Experience building native AI/GenAI products, not simply adding AI features to existing software.
Strong understanding of the modern data ecosystem, including: ELT / ETL, Data Warehousing, dbt, Snowflake, Spark, Data orchestration platforms.
Previous experience as a Data Engineer or strong technical background working with data infrastructure.
Strong SQL skills.
Comfortable working directly with engineers on highly technical products.
Daily user of modern AI developer tools such as: Cursor, Claude Code, Codex, Similar AI coding assistants.
Working knowledge of: Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI evaluation methodologies.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or another technical discipline (Master's is a plus).

Experience building products for developers, data engineers, or AI engineers.
Strong understanding of AI infrastructure and developer tooling.
Experience working in highly technical B2B SaaS environments.
Comfortable wearing multiple hats in fast-moving startup environments.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

Own the product lifecycle from discovery through launch for AI-native data products.
Partner closely with Engineering and Design to define product strategy and execution.
Prioritize product roadmaps based on customer feedback, technical constraints, and business impact.
Translate complex technical requirements into clear product specifications.
Build products from 01 for technical users.
Collaborate directly with customers to understand workflows and identify product opportunities.
Define success metrics and iterate quickly using customer insights and data.
Work with AI-powered development workflows and incorporate modern AI tooling into product development.
