Product Manager, Agent Experience

CrewAISan Francisco, CA

About The Position

The role is for a Product Manager to drive the agent experience, which includes the surface where users build, deploy, and interact with agents. This role focuses on the no-code Studio builder, aiming for ease of use and production-grade capabilities. It also covers user interaction with deployed agents and their integration into existing tools like CLI, SDK, Slack, and Teams. This is an early-stage, rapidly evolving area with significant potential for impact, requiring close collaboration with the VP of Product and the product team to define and execute the product strategy.

Requirements

  • Several years of product management experience, including experience shaping a product or surface through significant ambiguity.
  • Direct experience building AI/agentic products, such as agent platforms, no-code/visual builders, or developer-facing tools.
  • Fluency in modern agent development and evaluation, including prompting, tool orchestration, and evals.
  • A track record of operating independently and taking ownership of outcomes.
  • Strong collaboration skills with engineering and design.
  • Comfortable contributing a technical point of view and prototypes for discussion and challenge.
  • Sharp prioritization instincts and the ability to say no.
  • Comfortable engaging with enterprise customers and working with imperfect data.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with open-source-driven or PLG-into-enterprise motions.
  • Hands-on experience with AI tooling in personal workflows.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the agent-experience roadmap, including discovery, prioritization, and delivery, for the Studio no-code builder and the broader agent-interaction surface.
  • Develop a clear product strategy, deciding what to build and what to defer.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering and design teams from the initial stages of product development.
  • Partner with the Platform PM to ensure seamless integration between agent experience and platform components (runtime, tooling, RBAC, governance).
  • Engage directly with customers, including large, less-technical enterprises, to gather insights and translate them into product improvements without solely acting as a feature request conduit.
  • Ship product updates on a two-week cadence.
