Product Manager, Agent Experience

crewAISan Francisco, CA

About The Position

The role We're hiring a Product Manager to drive our agent experience — the surface where users build, deploy, and interact with agents. This centers on our no-code Studio builder, which is at the heart of our product: easier to build with than the alternatives, while still capable of production-grade agents. It extends to how users interact with deployed agents and bring them into the tools they already work in (CLI, SDK, and surfaces like Slack and Teams). It's an early, fast-evolving surface with a lot of room to shape where it goes. You'll work closely with the VP of Product and the rest of the product team to set direction and deliver against it.

Requirements

  • Several years of product management experience, including shaping a product or surface through meaningful ambiguity.
  • Direct experience building AI/agentic products — ideally agent platforms, no-code/visual builders, or developer-facing tools — and real fluency with how modern agents are built and evaluated (prompting, tool orchestration, evals).
  • A track record of operating independently and taking genuine ownership of outcomes.
  • Strong collaborator with engineering and design; comfortable bringing a technical point of view (and a rough prototype) to the table and having it challenged.
  • Sharp prioritization instincts and the discipline to say no.
  • Comfort in front of enterprise customers, and comfort with imperfect data

Nice To Haves

  • experience with open-source-driven or PLG-into-enterprise motions
  • hands-on with AI tooling in your own workflow.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the agent-experience roadmap — discovery, prioritization, and delivery — for our Studio no-code builder and the broader agent-interaction surface.
  • Develop a sharp point of view on what to build first and what to hold back, in a space where you could justify almost anything.
  • Work shoulder-to-shoulder with engineering and design from the earliest stage.
  • Partner closely with our Platform PM, who owns runtime, tooling, RBAC, and our governance offering, to make agent experience and platform interlock cleanly.
  • Spend real time with customers — many of them large, less-technical enterprises — and translate what you learn into product, without becoming a pure feature-request conduit.
  • Ship on a two-week cadence: every cycle, something real we can point to.
