Product Manager 4
About The Position
The Customer Support Business Group focuses on enabling our customers with premier customer support throughout their lifecycle with Lam. We drive performance, productivity, safety, and quality of customers installed base performance and deliver service and lifecycle solutions for their most critical equipment and processes. As a Lam Customer Service Business Group (CSBG) Services Product Manager, you will be responsible for the products that enable re-use of spares parts, including repairs of RF generators and refurbishments of electrostatic chucks. You are both strategic and tactical. With your expertise in both business and operational domains, you will be a key contributor to the product line objectives of increasing market share and profitability.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree with 8-10 years’ experience in operations; or equivalent experience
- Experience with SAP or similar enterprise resource planning software
- Experience defining business processes
- Ability to articulate high level vision and advocate for your product
- Strong bias toward action with exceptional organizational skill
- Exceptional analytical skill
- Exceptional clear communication and presentation skills
- Comfortable traveling 10% of time
Nice To Haves
- Experience leading cross functional teams
- Experience in operations, especially in reverse logistics
- Experience in the semiconductor wafer fab equipment industry
- Experience with complex problem-solving including clarification of symptoms and ability to highlight the fundamental root cause and necessary corrective actions
Responsibilities
- Definition and management of the repair and refurb product strategy to address emerging aftermarket business opportunities.
- Development and release of new re-use functionality and delivery products
- Management of released re-use products in the Spares portfolio
- Partner closely with operations, Spares part family product managers, supply chain, marketing, business development, product groups, and engineering in this role
