About The Position

You will drive the platform vision and execution for scalable, compliant, and observable agent operations, shaping APIs and governance that enable business outcomes. You will work closely with engineering and design and influence both internal workflow automation and external, cross-surface agent management. This is a Hybrid role (onsite expectation noted; 5 days per week schedule provided).

Requirements

• 6+ years of product management experience
• At least 3 years of experience in conversational AI or agent platforms
• Proven platform PM background: APIs, multi-tenant services, governance, and observability
• Technical fluency with LLMs/agents, Agent Harness, A2A protocol, MCP/Skills, retrieval/grounding, evaluation, API design, data/privacy, and system integration
• Strong stakeholder management and demonstrated ability to deliver roadmaps with engineering and design

Responsibilities

• Define and drive platform vision, strategy, and execution for agent operations
• Translate business outcomes into platform capabilities, APIs, and governance
• Balance internal workflow automation demands with external, cross-surface agent management
• Lead roadmap execution with engineering and design, managing stakeholders across teams
• Drive metrics-driven decision making, experimentation, and cost/performance tradeoffs
