The Product Manager 2 is a key member of the Nordstrom Product Management team, championing payments infrastructure modernization through data-driven insights and delivery of critical capabilities that power Nordstrom’s payment ecosystem. Product Management at Nordstrom collaborates across the organization to drive innovative solutions that solve real problems, anticipate customer needs, and exceed their expectations to drive brand loyalty resulting in greater market share and improved financial performance. To accomplish this, product managers plan the product roadmap and prioritize the applicable technology backlog, lead product discovery, and measure and communicate results of the feature portfolio, all while ensuring stakeholder alignment. As a Product Manager 2 within the Payments product team, you’ll play a critical role in executing our payments modernization strategy across Nordstrom’s payments infrastructure. This includes our Payment Orchestration Layer, payment provider integrations, and core payment processing capabilities across Nordstrom.com, NordstromRack.com, our iOS and Android apps, and in-store Point-of-Sale systems.
