About The Position

CWILL is a post-purchase and retention suite built for Shopify brands, aiming to reduce support tickets, recover lost revenue from returns, and foster customer loyalty. As our product portfolio expands, we are seeking new product talent capable of rapid learning, staying close to users, and transforming customer problems into excellent product experiences. Our Product Management Trainee program immerses individuals in one of our product teams, providing hands-on experience with the full PM workflow. Trainees will begin by supporting core product tasks and gradually progress to independently managing a product module or strategic direction. Placement will be within one of our active product teams: Trackingmore (SaaS platform and API for global logistics tracking and carrier data), Order Tracking (post-purchase shipment visibility and tracking for Shopify brands), AI Chat (AI customer service, Live Chat, Shopify integrations, knowledge base, and merchant dashboard), or Pop-up & Email Marketing (email campaigns, pop-up workflows, segmentation, and merchant marketing automation).
