Gilbane is seeking a Product Management Specialist I to support the execution of product management activities across one or more products or platforms. Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- 0–2 years of relevant experience or internships
- Equivalent combination of education and experience
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Basic Microsoft Office proficiency
- Exposure to Agile concepts
- Interest in product management and technology
- Analytical mindset and attention to detail
Responsibilities
- Assists with drafting user stories and documentation
- Supports backlog organization and tracking
- Prepares materials for Agile ceremonies
- Participates in requirements sessions
- Compiles feedback and assists with reporting
- Coordinates meetings and communications
- Supports training materials and onboarding
- Ensures documentation accuracy
- Tracks issues and follow Agile practices
