About The Position

ARDIAN US LLC seeks a Product Management Senior Associate for its New York, NY location. This role involves supporting the Investor Relations - Product Management team by driving fundraising initiatives and investor engagement strategies. The associate will ensure fundraising efforts align with investor expectations and market trends, manage and coordinate fundraising efforts by liaising with investment teams and prospective investors, and develop investor marketing materials. The position also requires conducting market research, overseeing investor due diligence, collaborating with various internal teams, tracking investor engagement, analyzing fund performance, and enhancing internal fundraising workflows.

Requirements

  • Master’s or foreign degree equivalent in Economics, Finance or a related field
  • financial market research
  • CRM and sales strategy
  • preparation of investor materials and presentations, press releases and pitchbooks
  • financial market research and competitive analysis utilizing Bloomberg, Pitchbook & Preqin
  • market insights for executive presentations and global investor forums

Responsibilities

  • Support the Investor Relations - Product Management team by driving fundraising initiatives and investor engagement strategies.
  • Ensure that fundraising efforts are aligned with investor expectations and market trends.
  • Manage and coordinate fundraising efforts by liaising with investment teams and prospective investors.
  • Develop investor marketing materials, including presentations, pitch books, and fund updates.
  • Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to refine fundraising strategies.
  • Oversee investor due diligence by managing data requests and ensuring accurate and timely responses.
  • Collaborate with legal, finance, and investment teams to structure investor communications and reports.
  • Track investor engagement, maintaining a detailed pipeline, and provide strategic insights to senior leadership.
  • Support and strengthen investor relationships through customized reports and direct communications.
  • Analyze fund performance metrics and prepare key performance indicator (KPI) reports to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Enhance internal fundraising workflows and operational processes for greater efficiency.

  • Salary is $155,000 - $185,000/year
