About The Position

The ICE Internship Program offers hands-on, impactful work on projects that shape the business, along with practical career and professional development. Interns build meaningful connections, strengthen interpersonal skills, and contribute to the organization. The program also includes weekly sessions led by industry leaders, opportunities to connect with fellow interns, and exposure to the financial services, technology, and mortgage industries.

The Product Management Intern supports product work across Encompass, Product & Pricing Platforms, Loan Trading Platforms, and User Experience Design, working closely with platform and technical teams. Interns must be available to work full-time, five days a week, at the Atlanta office for the full duration of one of the designated program schedules. Partial participation and alternate dates cannot be accommodated. Candidates select a preferred session during the application process.

Requirements

• Must be currently enrolled in a degree program at an accredited university and be at least advancing to their junior year of study.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an interest in product strategy.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfort working with data and analytics tools such as Excel, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Must be available to work full-time, five days a week, at the Atlanta office for the entire duration of one designated program schedule.

Nice To Haves

• Coursework or experience in UI/UX, data, or other technical areas.

Responsibilities

• Help write user stories, features, and epics alongside product and engineering teams.
• Support customer research and competitive analysis.
• Participate in product planning, including sprints, roadmaps, and project tracking.
• Analyze product usage and performance data to help track KPIs.
• Contribute to cross-functional alignment, including presentation preparation.
