About The Position

We are seeking a talented, energetic student to join the Marketing & Business Development Team in our Chicago location as a Product Management Intern. This is a full-time, onsite internship with a 12-month duration. The Product Management Intern supports the Product Management team with managing the current product portfolio and assisting in the development and launch of new products and features. Working closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, and sales, this role contributes to product development, go-to-market activities, and successful product launches. At the end of your assignment, you will have the opportunity to share information about your experience with other students and with ROCKWOOL management.

Requirements

  • Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Interest in product management, building products, architecture, or design.
  • Familiarity with marketing fundamentals and visual design principles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong communication, organization, and analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • A proactive, collaborative mindset with a willingness to learn, share ideas, and take initiative.
  • Positive attitude and enthusiasm for working in a team environment.

Nice To Haves

  • experience with Photoshop, AutoCAD, Revit, InDesign, or V-Ray is an asset.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Product Management team in the development and launch of new products and features.
  • Assist with creating marketing and technical materials, including presentations, brochures, training content, product samples, and website updates.
  • Maintain accurate product information within the Product Information Management (PIM) system and ensure timely updates across internal and external platforms.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Engineering, and Sales, to support product development and launch activities.
  • Track project timelines and assist in keeping product launch activities on schedule.
  • Support customer and sales inquiries by providing accurate product information and resources.
  • Build strong working relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure all work aligns with company policies, quality standards, and applicable legal requirements.
