About The Position

The Product Management Intern will work closely with Product Management and Product Marketing leaders to help drive outbound solution positioning and commercial readiness for iA’s industry-leading robotics-driven fulfillment software. This role will partner with the Product team to align on strategy, commercial launch planning, and execution of go-to-market initiatives. The intern will support messaging around Symphony software as a leading-edge platform for intelligent pharmacy operations and fulfillment software solutions, helping optimize prescription fulfillment and deliver impactful patient care. This position will also work closely with Product Managers to drive analytical outcomes for key initiatives. The iA Intern Program is a 10-week summer internship, running from, Tuesday June 1, 2027, through Friday, August 6, 2027.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of product marketing or product management experience in a technology product company.
  • Enrolled in an MBA program.
  • Proficient in productivity applications, including Microsoft Office and Smartsheet.
  • Comfortable using collaboration and CRM tools, such as Asana, Slack, and Salesforce.
  • Exceptional ROI-tracking skills, with the ability to evaluate and demonstrate what is—or is not—working.
  • Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. Employer will not sponsor applicants for work visas.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a market intelligence resource by monitoring market trends, customers, buyers, key buying criteria, clinical practices, regulations, and policy to ensure continued strategic fit.
  • Develop a deep understanding of market needs, buyer personas, and how to position solutions for different target personas.
  • Research and understand the competitive landscape, including how competitors are positioned, and develop a competitive comparison guide for use in positioning against similar offerings.
  • Collaborate with Product Management and Marketing Communications to develop product positioning and messaging that resonates with target buyer personas.
  • Support financial analysis and modeling for new business models.
  • Build business case templates for initiatives and work closely with Product Managers and Product Marketers to gather feedback and refine the work.
  • Understand and document the buyer’s process, including where buyers get information and the who, what, when, and why behind their decisions, then help drive changes to sales and marketing processes based on those insights.
  • Develop solution value propositions and differentiate the solution offering, including quantifying the business value of Symphony to help drive market share.
  • Work closely with Product Management on establishing and continuously evaluating pricing and business models that align with the value delivered in the marketplace.
  • Partner with Product Marketing teams on launches of net-new features and releases of existing products, including managing cross-functional implementation of the launch plan.
  • Assist the Product Marketing team in supporting external thought leadership for Symphony software, including thought leadership artifacts, blogs, and webinars.
