About The Position

Oatey is seeking college students for the summer of 2027 to join their award-winning program: The Oatey Intern Experience. This 12-week summer internship will expose interns to meaningful work and exceed expectations. Interns will be part of a diverse, collaborative team environment while experiencing personal and individual growth. Oatey often hires interns post-graduation based on outstanding performance and organizational needs. The Oatey Intern Experience supports the growing organization by attracting talented students to develop them into future leaders. It includes one-on-one mentorship, developmental feedback and coaching, lunch series, engaging networking events, and weekly forums. Interns will work closely with experts to develop skills and gain valuable insight in their chosen career field, with exposure to all leadership levels of Oatey. The program also offers opportunities to network with other interns and forge lasting relationships. Requirements

Undergraduate student majoring in Business Management or Marketing
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Self-starter mentality
Knowledge of Office 365 software including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel

Nice To Haves

Consumer packaged goods experience is a plus

Responsibilities

Assesses competitors by benchmarking the company’s products to competitor products
Participate in Voice of Customer (VOC) research
Assist in planning and carrying out product launches
Assist with driving projects through the New Product Development process
Assist with executing new and existing product/program launch materials
Assist with the preparation and delivery of training materials
Carryout daily and weekly product maintenance activities
