This opportunity is intended for conversion to a full-time role that will not offer work authorization sponsorship in the future (full-time conversion pending performance evaluation post internship and available headcount). We’re looking for a creative and driven Product Management Intern to join our team for an impactful 3‑month summer internship focused on future‑facing innovation in gaming peripherals. This is a hands‑on opportunity to work alongside product management, design, and engineering teams to identify next‑generation opportunities and shape early concepts for advanced audio and wearable technologies.

Requirements

  • A student or recent graduate in Product Design, Human-Centered Design, Business, Engineering, or related fields.
  • Strong curiosity and a passion for solving real problems through design and innovation.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and a bias for action.
  • Great communication and storytelling skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with tools like Figma, Miro, Notion, or similar is a plus (but not required).

Responsibilities

  • Leverage consumer insights (CI), market research, and future trend insights to identify areas for R&D investment and emerging problems worth solving.
  • Explore and define product opportunities centered on AI‑driven technologies for audio and wearables, including intelligent signal processing and system‑level innovations.
  • Investigate and evaluate advanced audio and processing technologies such as Active Noise Cancellation (ANC), Environmental Noise Cancellation (ENC), and related algorithms.
  • Analyze and propose concepts that emphasize form factor innovation, ergonomic design, materials selection, and user comfort, especially for extended‑wear products.
  • Conduct desk research, user and expert interviews, and competitive teardowns to ground ideas in real user and market needs.
  • Ideate and iterate on product concepts, using tools like sketches, mockups, and lightweight prototypes.
  • Collaborate with design, engineering, and marketing mentors to refine your concept and validate it through feedback loops.
  • Present final concept(s) that clearly articulates the problem space, technical direction, user value, and long‑term opportunity.
