About The Position

We are searching for the best talent for Product Management Co-Op to be in Jacksonville, FL. The Co-op term is from January to June, 2027. Full time requirement (40 hours per week). Purpose: Contributes to team within area of Supply Chain for duration of co-op. Gains understanding of the enterprise and competency of necessary skills within Supply Chain. Receives guidance, training, and mentoring from colleagues in planning and carrying out activities and assignments. Develops an understanding of the organization's Supply Chain key practices, policies, and programs.

Requirements

  • Completion of Undergraduate Freshman year at an accredited University is required.
  • Currently pursuing a master’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, MBA, Industrial Engineering, Finance, Supply Chain Management or related field, or related fields.
  • Have a cumulative GPA of 2.8 or higher, which is reflective of all college coursework.
  • You must not have any Summer Internship contract or other employment commitment that could interfere with the contract dates specified for this position.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
  • Permanently authorized to work in the U.S., must not require sponsorship of an employment visa (e.g., H-1B or green card) at the time of application or in the future. Students currently on CPT, OPT, or STEM OPT usually requires future sponsorship for long term employment and do not meet the requirements for this program unless eligible for an alternative long-term status that does not require company sponsorship.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with process mapping tools and digital platforms is a plus.
  • Knowledge on Power BI and QuickBase a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the creation and delivery of process training materials for Value Stream Management.
  • Support continuous improvement efforts by documenting and sustaining best practices.
  • Participate in the rollout of digital enablement projects, including data analysis and system integration.
  • Support the Digital enablement strategy by assisting in the with the maintenance of digital products such as QuickBase and PowerBI.
  • Help maintain process documentation and support change management activities.
