About The Position

Hammond Power Solutions Inc. is a global manufacturer headquartered in Guelph, Ontario, Canada. HPS has grown to become the leader in North America in the custom design and manufacture of dry type transformers. For the past century, HPS has grown to deliver electrical power solutions to global markets and provides solutions for complex applications like, mining, rectifier, drives, traction, wind, solar and many other electrical power applications. The world relies on HPS to continually conceive and produce state-of-the-art transformer technology. We currently have an opening for a Product Management Co-op (Marketing), come grow with us! This is a 4 to 8 month co-op starting in September 2026. Reporting to the Director, Product Management, the Product Management Co-op will support the Product Management by maintaining accurate reporting, supporting product updates, and updating product documentation to current branding and naming standards. The role contributes to improving marketing data quality, enabling clearer internal communication and more efficient sales and product management processes. The student will also assist with market research and assist with any adhoc tasks as needed.

Requirements

Currently enrolled in a Business, Data, Engineering or related program
Strong Excel skills (sorting, filtering, validating data)
High attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to follow defined standards and naming conventions
Comfort working with large data files and documentation
Ability to work onsite in the office in Guelph

Nice To Haves

Basic experience with SharePoint is preferred

Responsibilities

Updating existing product documentations
Creating and updating marketing dashboards
Pulling data from systems for PMs to analyze and review
Create marketing competitor analysis
Create product roadmap templates for each stage gate
Create obsolescence template for products
Build Product management SharePoint
Go through the corporate website to identify product documentations with old branding and work with MARCOM to update to new brands.
