About The Position

As a Product Manager, Advisor I, you will help define and execute the data strategy for Fiserv's Card Services and Issuer business. You will identify opportunities to apply AI, machine learning, and advanced analytics across card products, translate business challenges into product solutions, and partner with Product, Data Science, Engineering, and business leaders to bring innovative capabilities to market. Your work will help shape the future of how issuers leverage data and intelligence to improve customer experiences, operational effectiveness, and business outcomes.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in product management, product strategy, analytics, data science, or a related discipline.
  • Strong ability to translate business objectives and emerging technologies into product requirements, investment priorities, and measurable outcomes.
  • Experience influencing cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders to align around strategic product initiatives.

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of issuer processing, cardholder engagement, transaction data, enrichment, fraud, risk, or loyalty solutions.
  • Experience launching AI-enabled products or analytics platforms at enterprise scale.
  • Experience working with modern data platforms and AI ecosystems, including cloud-native analytics and machine learning environments.
  • Experience developing AI strategy within financial services, payments, banking, or card ecosystems.
  • Experience defining product vision, strategy, and roadmaps for data, analytics, AI, or digital products.
  • Familiarity with AI/ML concepts, large language models, predictive analytics, recommendation systems, or agent-based solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Help define and evolve the data strategy for the Card Services and Issuer business, identifying opportunities to create competitive advantages through data, analytics, and emerging AI capabilities.
  • Evaluate market trends, client needs, and technological advancements to recommend new products, features, and business opportunities.
  • Partner with Product, Data Science, Engineering, and business stakeholders to translate strategic objectives into product roadmaps and prioritized initiatives.
  • Define product requirements, success metrics, governance frameworks, and implementation plans.
  • Lead cross-functional efforts to bring capabilities from concept through delivery, adoption, and scale.
  • Analyze product performance, business outcomes, and model effectiveness.
  • Act as a thought partner to senior leadership on innovation, product direction, and the long-term evolution of Cards data and intelligence capabilities.
