The Product Line Specialist will play a key role in enabling profitable growth by supporting the design and execution of integrated portfolio and pricing strategies. This role analyzes market dynamics, customer needs, competitive activity and profitability drivers to identify opportunities, guide product lifecycle decisions, support strategic pricing execution and contribute to key customer RFP processes. The specialist will also help improve pricing tools, processes and governance while influencing stakeholders toward stronger value-based and market-based pricing discipline.

Requirements

  • Advanced English
  • Knowledge in Power BI and Tableau
  • Minimum 2-4 years of related work experience
  • Experience working with global teams

Responsibilities

  • Analyze market dynamics, customer needs, competitive behavior, demand trends and product requirements to generate insights that inform portfolio, pricing and growth decisions.
  • Support product line strategy, manage assigned lifecycle activities from ideation to phase-out, and recommend portfolio actions that improve growth, profitability and strategic focus.
  • Prioritize and coordinate innovation and renovation initiatives based on market attractiveness, customer value, operational feasibility and financial impact.
  • Support end-to-end strategic pricing processes, including strategy development, price setting, list price management, execution governance, tool maintenance and pricing performance tracking.
  • Maintain and improve pricing models, data tools and analytical processes to strengthen pricing discipline, discount governance, customer profitability and value-based pricing decisions.
  • Lead pricing analysis for complex customer opportunities, tenders and RFPs, ensuring prices reflect market dynamics, customer value, competitive context and profitability targets.
  • Track and analyze product line performance against financial and strategic targets, identify gaps, and recommend actions to improve margin, mix, asset utilization and profitable growth.
  • Educate and influence stakeholders across commercial, finance, supply chain, operations and leadership teams on market conditions, economic value, pricing strategy and portfolio decisions.
  • Support process governance, pricing discipline, data quality, tool evolution and change management initiatives that enable a stronger value-based pricing culture.
  • Manage complex issues with minimal supervision, exercising sound judgment and escalating only the most critical matters.
