Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
3 + years of experience in product line management, marketing, manufacturing, or engineering in a technical, customer-focused environment
Demonstrated experience managing projects in a cross-functional or multi-functional environment
Financial analysis experience
Experience working across multi-geographic or global teams and stakeholders

Nice To Haves

MBA or equivalent business experience
Fiber optic industry experience; product management or business area experience in an adjacent industry also considered
Experience in multicultural or multi-geographic project leadership
Familiarity with Data Center market dynamics or optical networking solutions

Responsibilities

Lead cross-functional product teams spanning Development, Product Engineering, Applications Engineering, Manufacturing, and Sales to execute product line planning and resolve performance and customer issues
Develop and manage short- and long-term product forecasts in coordination with Sales and Supply Chain
Drive regional capacity and product mix strategy to support Data Center growth in a fast-moving market environment
Identify complexity reduction and cost savings opportunities in close partnership with Manufacturing and internal stakeholders
Gather and analyze market data, competitive intelligence, and customer requirements to inform product strategy and business decisions
