About The Position

We are seeking a Product Line Manager to lead a team of product owners focused on ensuring the resiliency, reliability, and modernization of the technology supporting our ACH, wire, and instant payment rails. This role is critical to maintaining availability of our money movement infrastructure and driving innovation across our payment networks. You will be responsible for partnering with stakeholders across the enterprise to develop and execute the product strategy for resiliency. This role will work across multiple payment systems, partnering with engineering, operations, compliance, and external vendors to deliver scalable and secure solutions.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in product management, with at least 3 years in payments or financial infrastructure.
  • Proven leadership experience managing product teams or product owners.
  • Deep understanding of ACH, wire, RTP, and instant payment systems.
  • Experience with resiliency frameworks, disaster recovery planning, and high-availability systems.
  • Industry expertise supporting network regulatory rules, regulations, and operational risk management.
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort with data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field; MBA or technical graduate degree preferred.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with ISO 20022, SWIFT, Fedwire, and RTP protocols.
  • Knowledge of cloud-native architectures and observability tools.
  • Certifications such as CSPO, SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager, or equivalent.
  • Experience working in agile environments and leading cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a team of product owners managing resiliency across automatic payments, ACH, wire, and instant payment platforms.
  • Define and own the product roadmap for payment infrastructure resiliency, including disaster recovery, failover capabilities, and uptime SLAs.
  • Collaborate with engineering and operations to implement high-availability architectures and incident response protocols.
  • Partner with compliance and risk teams to align with regulatory requirements (e.g., ACH network, RTP, Wire).
  • Drive modernization initiatives including ISO 20022 adoption, real-time monitoring, and cloud migration strategies.
  • Analyze system performance and customer impact metrics to inform product decisions.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on payment networks and resiliency best practices.
  • Communicate product vision, strategy, and progress to executive stakeholders.
