Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in related field with a minimum of 10 years related technical experience or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree.
  • Advanced knowledge of related technical standards, techniques and criteria.
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively with all levels of staff, management and customers as required.
  • Ability to develop and maintain good interpersonal relationships; work collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Advanced problem identification and problem resolution skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership ability to manage multiple tasks and projects through subordinates.
  • Strong analytical ability and problem identification/problem resolution skills.

Responsibilities

  • Ensuring the safety of the business unit including all engineering and field operations employees.
  • Managing the profit and loss of the business unit including EBITDA, CGO, and Orders.
  • Overseeing the operations of the business unit including hiring, OPEX, quality, human and equipment performance.
  • Ensuring project performance including successful implementation and customer satisfaction.
  • Achieving Pulse, Compliance and Business Lever goals.
  • Ensuring effective performance on moderately complex to complex technical assignments.
  • Planning and directing the timely execution of technical activities within assigned cost center(s).
  • Ensuring projects, initiatives, and processes comply with established policies, objectives and customer standards.
  • Developing and/or administering organization engineering standards and procedures for the group.
  • Providing goals, objectives and standards of performance for assigned team members.
  • Ensuring development and training of team members to optimize task results.
  • Working interactively with customers and clients to develop strong relationships.
  • Researching and assessing best practices, proposing methods and improvements.
  • Working on special projects, as directed.
