About The Position

We are seeking a highly motivated new college graduate to develop service product capabilities with a strong focus on digital tools, sensors, and software solutions. This role will drive innovation in service offerings, enable rapid prototyping for concurrent product development, and deliver data-driven insights to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Ph.D. degree in Engineering, Sciences, Computer Science, or related field.
• Working knowledge of semiconductor industry (process modules)
• Working knowledge of data analytics.
• Excellent communication skills.

Nice To Haves

• Background in Machine Learning/AI development
• Basic knowledge of Business Intelligence tools (Tableau, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.)
• Project/Program management experience

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance service product capabilities centered on digital tools, sensors, and software solutions.
• Opportunity market sizing
• Automate monitoring and analysis of data from Actionable Insights Accelerator connected tools to identify high-value problems (HVPs) and create customer benchmarking materials.
• Define rapid solution prototype approaches to demonstrate the "art of possible" to facilitate concurrent product development initiatives.
• Act as the primary interface between Service Business Unit and extended Applied Global Services for scalable digital solution development and deployment.
