About The Position

Manages the development and implementation process of the company’s products and services. Coordinates departmental or cross-functional teams, focused on delivering new or upgrading existing products. Monitors the project from initiation through delivery including planning and directing schedules and monitoring budget/spending. Organizes cross-functional activities, ensuring completion of the project i.e. product on schedule and within budget constraints. This job manages specific projects that have a distinct beginning and end.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and at least 1 year of technical project/program management experience OR Master's degree and no experience OR At least 3 years of technical project/program management experience
  • Qualified candidates, excluding current employees, must be legally authorized on an unrestricted basis (US Citizen, Legal Permanent Resident, Refugee or Asylee) to be employed in the United States.
  • We do not anticipate providing employment related work sponsorship for this position (e.g., H-1B status)

Responsibilities

  • Drive program strategy from end to end—defining scope, building budgets, and developing detailed schedules aligned to leadership direction.
  • Own program planning excellence, using Microsoft Project, cPlace, Jira, and critical path analysis to keep complex initiatives on track.
  • Lead cross-functional problem solving, tackling ambiguous technical and operational challenges where no precedent exists and driving corrective actions through to completion.
  • Facilitate alignment and governance, including leading Configuration Change Board (CCB) meetings and overseeing risk and issue investigations with clear mitigation plans.
  • Influence without authority, guiding diverse internal and external stakeholders, identifying resource needs, and providing coaching to less experienced team members.
  • Lead globally, with up to 25% travel across South America, Mexico, and Europe to support suppliers, manufacturing sites, and program execution.
  • Own delivery, managing programs from initiation through launch to ensure they meet performance, schedule, and financial targets.
