The Product Line Lead, Planning is accountable for setting the strategic direction, governance, and performance of a portfolio of products within a defined domain. This role ensures that multiple Product Managers are aligned to a cohesive product line vision that advances the company’s growth objectives, brand strategy, and consumer value proposition. Operating at a portfolio level across business strategy, consumer insights, and technology, the Product Line Manager translates enterprise priorities into an integrated, multi‑product roadmap that drives sustained and measurable business outcomes. As the steward of the product line, the Product Line Manager leads and coaches Product Managers to balance near‑term delivery with long‑term value creation, ensuring consistency, scalability, and reuse across products. The role partners closely with senior business leaders, functional stakeholders, and technology leadership to shape investment decisions, manage dependencies, and optimize outcomes across the domain. By maintaining a strong external and internal perspective, the Product Line Manager ensures the product portfolio remains competitive, compliant, and aligned with global and regional strategies, while continuously evolving to meet changing customer and business needs.
