About The Position

Join Corning's Plug and Play, Americas team as a Product Line Associate at the intersection of data, operations, and commercial execution. You will own the analysis, reporting, and cross-functional coordination that keeps a high-velocity product portfolio on track — translating data into decisions that grow market share and optimize portfolio efficiency. This role works closely with Product Line Specialists and the Regional Product Team, with broad reach across supply chain, customer service, and sales.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree, preferred in Engineering, Business Administration, or Supply Chain with 3 - 5 years experience in project management, supply chain, customer service, or similar.
Systems experience in SAP, Business Warehouse, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Power BI, and Salesforce.com
Demonstrated work experience communicating with cross-functional teams, project management experience, and data or financial analysis.

Responsibilities

Consolidate and analyze forecast data for monthly Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning (SiOP) and Consensus Forecast meetings; maintain daily backlog reporting that surfaces high-priority actions.
Prepare financial and sales analyses to support product line strategy, pricing reviews, and annual operating plan deliverables.
Lead weekly Operations and Capacity review meetings with Product Line Management (PLM), Operations, and Supply Chain to ensure On-Time-to-Promise (OTP) and Promised Lead Time (PLT) targets are met.
Coordinate cross-functionally with Customer Service, Implementation, and Planning teams to align commercial and operational priorities; support the Data Management Organization (DMO) on ordering processes and part number management.
Manage quarterly Variable Configurator (VC) reviews to keep product systems current; maintain and refresh product line collateral (spec sheets, videos, SOPs) and communicate portfolio updates to Customer Service, Applications Engineering, Engineering Services, and Sales.
Build expertise in industry, customer, and regulatory standards; support key strategic initiatives and maintain centralized documentation for portfolio updates.
