About The Position

The Supply Chain Program Manager (SCPM) is the primary driver for supply chain readiness, total cost management, and bill-of-materials (BOM) resiliency for hardware programs from pre-concept through First Customer Ship (FCS). The role is accountable for total cost and margin management across an assigned product portfolio, including executing cost-reduction programs and risk-mitigation strategies for new products. The position works with hardware engineers in the Business Unit, external suppliers, Global Strategic Management (GSM), and Supply Chain Finance to align cost savings and gross margin performance with broader Business Unit strategy. It validates costed BOM integrity and forward costing, supports standard and gross margin management for hardware and software through value engineering, commodity analysis, and BOM optimization, and prepares the supply chain and leads ramp plans to maintain material supply and delivery between prototype and early production phases.
