About The Position

The Product Lifecycle & Quality Lead serves as the functional design authority for Oracle Fusion Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and Quality Management within an enterprise Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM transformation. This role owns the functional design and configuration of product master data, item governance, engineering change, product structures, configuration control, inspections, nonconformance, corrective action, supplier quality, and product traceability. The role translates approved federal compliance, controlled-data, and export-control requirements into PLM and Quality processes and system controls. Working closely with Federal Compliance, Legal, Security, Export Compliance, Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and IT teams, the Product Lifecycle & Quality Lead determines how these requirements affect items, BOMs, drawings, specifications, engineering changes, attachments, quality records, supplier collaboration, and product-data integrations. This is a hands-on functional design and configuration role, not a compliance policy-authorship or security administration role. The Product Lifecycle & Quality Lead is accountable for how products and quality records are defined, governed, changed, released, inspected, and traced across their lifecycle.
