Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) in an Engineering discipline.
5+ years experience leading technical aspects of product design projects, validation testing, implementation, and root cause analysis.
Deliver technical designs and lead design reviews to meet project and product requirements.

Responsibilities

Develop product designs to meet performance, regulatory, quality and cost requirements.
Review and understand the technical feasibility of product and internal requirements.
Lead VAVE activities to evaluate process improvements and cost reductions. Implement subsequent product design changes.
Design and select robust and cost-effective components and develop engineering specifications.
Complete system integration tasks including engineering design, engineering specifications, support creation of layouts and design reviews.
Support engineering teams including engineers, designers, lab technicians
Develop laboratory test plans and analyze test data to ensure product performance and quality.
Create and manage BOM structures in a PLM system
