Requirements

High performer with at least 6+ years of experience
Reduced schedule (1,400 hours)
Remote, non-partnership track position
Products Liability or Commercial Litigation experience
Strong case management skills
Strong work ethic
Team-oriented attitude
Excellent client service skills
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Active member of the bar in the state in which you reside and in a state in which we have an office or are eligible to waive into one of those states.
Willing to work on west coast time if not located in the west coast region of the U.S.

Responsibilities

Manages cases with a high degree of autonomy
Drafting briefs, correspondence, and responding to written discovery
Managing document collection, review, and production
Causation and/or failure analysis
Multidistrict litigation and/or coordinated state proceedings
