Product Liability Associate Attorney
About The Position
This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who enjoys sophisticated, high-stakes litigation and wants to take on meaningful responsibility while working alongside experienced trial attorneys on complex, high-exposure matters. The firm's established Mass Tort and Product Liability practice represents manufacturers, retailers, and major corporate clients in complex litigation nationwide. Matters involve a broad range of industries, including: Consumer products and industrial equipment, Pharmaceuticals and medical devices, Chemicals and other technically complex products, Multijurisdictional mass tort and product liability litigation.
Requirements
- 4+ years of litigation experience
- Experience preferably involving product liability, mass torts, class actions, or complex commercial disputes
- Strong legal research, analytical, and writing skills
- Ability to manage complex litigation matters and work collaboratively with attorneys and clients
Nice To Haves
- Trial experience or a judicial clerkship is a plus, but not required
