About The Position

Join Antunes as a key Product Leader shaping the future of our Water Treatment Solutions portfolio. In this role, you will define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for commercial and foodservice water treatment systems, transforming customer needs and market insights into innovative, high-performing, and compliant solutions. You will play a critical role in driving product innovation, cross-functional execution, and profitable business growth.

Requirements

  • 7–10+ years of experience in product development within water treatment, fluid systems, or related commercial equipment industries.
  • Proven success leading cross-functional product development programs in a Stage-Gate environment.
  • Strong understanding of commercial and foodservice water treatment systems and applications.
  • Working knowledge of water treatment applications, mechanical design principles and agency validation/testing/certifications.
  • Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems (e.g., Epicor), and project/program management tools.
  • Strong ability to influence and align cross-functional teams.
  • Skilled at translating technical complexity into customer and business value.
  • Demonstrated ownership mindset with strong execution discipline.

  • Master’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the vision and roadmap for POE and POU water filtration systems, including softeners, reverse osmosis, ultrafiltration, nanofiltration, and related technologies.
  • Prioritize opportunities that balance customer value, technical feasibility, and business impact.
  • Act as the voice of the customer by translating market trends, application needs, and competitive insights into clear product requirements and differentiated value propositions.
  • Partner closely with Sales and Marketing to strengthen product positioning and market success.
  • Lead cross-functional product development from concept to commercialization using Stage-Gate discipline.
  • Drive clarity, alignment, and execution across Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, and Commercial teams to ensure successful product launches.
  • Provide strong technical guidance on system design, performance requirements, validation, and testing.
  • Ensure products meet or exceed applicable regulatory standards (NSF, UL, CE, CSA) and customer expectations for quality and reliability.
  • Partner across functions to ensure designs are scalable, manufacturable, cost-effective, and ready for successful commercialization.
  • Lead launch readiness and ensure smooth transition from development to production.
  • Own post-launch product performance, driving continuous improvement in quality, cost, reliability, and customer satisfaction.
  • Identify opportunities for cost reduction, enhancement, and lifecycle optimization.
