About The Position

The Klover team powers one of the fastest-growing fintech platforms in the U.S., supporting well over one million active users each month. Our systems process and move more than $1.5 billion annually, enabling real-time access to financial tools, rewards, and services that help people improve their day-to-day lives. Our mission is to serve the consumers that financial services have rejected. We’re expanding our business into new product lines beyond earned wage advance, and building new financial products that address customer needs as they climb the financial ladder: credit building, buy-now-pay-later, credit cards, and banking.

As the product lead for our new fintech apps group, you’ll pioneer the buildout of our first new fintech product. You’ll work tightly with a seasoned engineering lead and leverage the expertise of our broader engineering, design, research, and data science teams. We are looking for an entrepreneurial Product Manager that is ambitious and energized about the opportunity to own a rapid greenfield build of a brand new product. We need someone that knows how to run independently, and is just as comfortable with fintech plumbing as they are with talking to customers and figuring out product UX.

This role will report to our SVP of Consumer Technology.

Requirements

• 5+ years product management experience ideally including startup environments
• 5+ years of consumer mobile application experience
• Very strong project management skills and attention to detail
• Highly collaborative, business-minded, and driven by outcomes and the ability to overcome challenges
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and drive progress autonomously
• Highly responsive with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Responsibilities

• Drive the end-to-end build of our newest fintech products — credit builder, and a reimagined BNPL — from concept through launch, iteration, and real revenue
• Define product strategy, requirements, and UX for new greenfield consumer credit products, translating customer research and offer-wall demand signals into what we ship
• Own the overall product experience, optimizing for customer satisfaction and business success
• Partner tightly with engineering to scope, sequence, and ship quickly
• Coordinate the many internal and external moving parts necessary to bring a new fintech product to market
• Partner with growth marketing to design launch and distribution strategies that convert Klover's 1M+ monthly active base into new product adoption
• Set success metrics, instrument the funnel, and iterate relentlessly post-launch toward meaningful revenue contribution
• Navigate regulatory and compliance requirements for credit products in close collaboration with legal and compliance teams
