About The Position

Our client is a category-defining data and AI platform that enables companies to activate their customer data for personalized experiences at scale. They have grown to over $100M in ARR and are scaling rapidly, backed by top-tier investors with a Series C funding of ~$90M+ and a ~$1.2B valuation. They pioneered the Composable Customer Data Platform (CDP) and are now advancing with an AI Decisioning platform, where agents autonomously power advertising, lifecycle marketing, and real-time personalization. The Product Lead for Agentic Personalization will own the product strategy and execution for this high-priority initiative, focusing on transforming user experiences through AI agents running real-time experiments and delivering tailored interactions across web and mobile platforms.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of product management experience in fast-paced startup environments
  • Proven track record of building and launching 0→1 products
  • Strong technical background (former engineer, solutions engineer, or highly technical PM)
  • Experience working on complex, technical products (AI/ML, data platforms, APIs, or developer tools)
  • Demonstrated ability to define product strategy in ambiguous environments
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
  • High ownership, speed, and execution mindset

Nice To Haves

  • Experience building AI/ML or personalization/recommendation systems
  • Background in data platforms, developer tools, or marketing technology
  • Experience at high-growth Series A–D startups
  • Strong commercial instincts (understanding pipeline, conversion, and revenue impact)
  • Technical degree from a top-tier university
  • Prior founder or early-stage startup experience

Responsibilities

  • Own product strategy and execution for Agentic Personalization, one of the company’s highest-priority product bets
  • Define product vision, roadmap, and sequencing from 0→1 to scale
  • Conduct deep customer discovery with product and growth teams at enterprise companies
  • Translate customer needs into product requirements, agent behaviors, and system design
  • Define how AI agents operate autonomously vs. where human control is required
  • Design experimentation frameworks for real-time personalization and optimization
  • Partner closely with engineering, design, sales, and customer success teams
  • Contribute to go-to-market strategy, including customer calls and positioning
  • Drive adoption, revenue impact, and product-market fit for a net-new product line
