  • Experience building or scaling a launch enablement function from an early stage.
  • Exposure to CLM, legal tech, or enterprise workflow software.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary owner of internal product communication to GTM teams, ensuring release notes, capability updates, and roadmap developments are delivered as clear, actionable content for Sales, Product Marketing, CS, and Account Management.
  • Define and operate a release communication cadence to ensure structured awareness of new features, capabilities, or product changes before they reach customer-facing teams.
  • Maintain a central internal knowledge hub with positioning summaries, product FAQs, feature overviews, and demo guidance, keeping it current with each product release in partnership with subject matter experts.
  • Partner with Product Operations to develop roadmap communication frameworks for GTM teams, providing visibility into upcoming developments, timelines, and rationale.

  • Define and track the bill of materials for launches, including feature scope, use case guidance, documentation, demo readiness, and inputs for internal enablement, holding cross-functional owners accountable.
  • Lead product readiness reviews to identify gaps, dependencies, and decisions prior to release, and share launch timing and product updates with Product Marketing and other GTM partners.

  • Work with GTM Enablement and Product Marketing teams to ensure Sales organizations are trained and demo-ready for product releases, including talk tracks, objection handling, competitive positioning, and feature walk-throughs.
  • Run regular product update sessions (live or async) to keep the field informed about current and upcoming product shipments.
  • Track field readiness and confidence through surveys and by addressing knowledge gaps, reporting on readiness before launch dates.

  • Run a regular Product-GTM sync cadence involving Product, Product Marketing, Sales leadership, and CS to align on launch calendars, roadmap updates, and priorities.
  • Maintain a shared GTM launch calendar with status, ownership, and readiness signals for all active initiatives.
  • Act as the escalation point for GTM teams lacking necessary product knowledge or materials, diagnosing gaps and driving resolution.
  • Prepare executive-level readouts on launch health, field readiness, and program performance for senior leadership.
  • Assist with the design and lead the operation of a product-focused engagement program for strategic reference customers to accelerate product discovery and value delivery.
  • Build feedback infrastructure to capture customer validation, questions, and rejections from reference customers, routing signals to Product and GTM.
  • Work with product managers to identify product growth targets aligned with reference customer needs and develop projects to align customer roadmaps for accelerated learning and value outcomes.
