The Product Integrity Testing and Compliance Assistant will ensure that all Lilly Pulitzer® products adhere to government regulations and meet Lilly Pulitzer® Quality standards. This role involves maintaining and organizing protocols, staying updated on new regulations, and applying these changes to current standards. The assistant will communicate policies and standards to internal and external partners to ensure all products meet safety and quality requirements. Responsibilities include determining and communicating test report dispositions, analyzing data, and making recommendations for products and processes. The individual will also assist in analyzing return rate data to identify and correct quality issues at the product level and improve vendor performance. Performance is measured by achieving total company net sales and PBT targets, lowering the return rate in the e-commerce full price business, and contributing to department goals.
