Product Innovation Manager/Sr. Manager

Midi HealthPalo Alto, CA

About The Position

Midi Health is seeking a high-impact Product Innovation Manager/Sr. Manager to lead the end-to-end development of New Product Innovations (NPI). This role is critical in expanding our care delivery model beyond core clinical services into new clinical, physical and digital offerings, including custom pharmacy formulations (Rx), supplements, and partner integrations. As the Product Innovation Manager, you will be the engine behind our NPI Strategy Council. You will partner closely with our founders, clinical leadership, and cross-functional teams to identify market opportunities, build rigorous business cases, and manage the product lifecycle from initial concept through to market launch. We’re on a mission to transform care for women in midlife. If you’re excited to help us build a best-in-class team while working with smart, purpose-driven people, we’d love to talk.

Requirements

  • 5-10 Years in Product Management, Product Marketing or Innovation: Proven track record of launching new products from 0 to 1.
  • CPG or B2C Tech Expertise: Strong background in either consumer goods or direct-to-consumer technology.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead without formal authority in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
  • Exceptional Analytical Rigor: Ability to build complex business cases and financial models.
  • Market Research Proficiency: Skilled in both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.
  • Communication: Ability to present complex ideas clearly to founders and clinical experts.
  • Organization: Expert-level project management and documentation skills.
