This is an introductory role, perfect for someone looking to build a career in product implementation and client services. Once a sale is complete, our Product Implementation Specialist ensures that a client's company store is properly set up and configured to meet the client's needs. This role requires excellent communication and project management skills to build and maintain strong relationships with all of Awardco’s clients.

Requirements

  • Attention to detail as you manage multiple different projects
  • 4-year Bachelor's Degree preferred, but not required
  • Experience in a client-facing role
  • Proven track record of success in each job you've held

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with product configuration in the SaaS/tech industry preferred
  • Project management experience preferred
  • Experience with basic photo editing preferred (e.g., cropping, resizing, or adjusting images to fit brand guidelines)

Responsibilities

  • Work to onboard new clients by creating new custom company stores
  • Provide materials and training on how to request changes/new products to company stores
  • Make sure that communication is clear in the process structure between clients and the CS team; transition clients to the CS team once stores are approved by the client
  • Correct any errors needed to match the client's brand guidelines
  • Implement new catalogs to client stores as they are created and approved
  • Ensure accuracy and timeliness of all outstanding orders; elevate exceptions as necessary
  • Generate custom reports for clients that identify product and category trends
  • Assist in catalog template ideation and creation
  • Proactively seek out and elevate implementation process improvements
