About The Position

The Warehouse Re-work Product Handler’s primary function is to re-work all returned product and sort into saleable and non-saleable cases. This role involves maintaining proper rotation of dates in the re-work area, sorting and reworking or disposing of non-saleable product due to leakers or damage, and logging re-worked product for inventory adjustments. The position also includes general warehouse housekeeping during downtime.

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail with excellent problem solving and organizational skills.
• Passionate self-starter who can work independently as well as be a team player.
• Motivated to learn and communicates well.
• Ability to do simple math calculations without the use of a calculator.
• Ability to operate pallet jack in a safe and efficient manner.
• Able to work from 8am-5pm, Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities

• Re-work all saleable product returned from out in the market that has at least 14 days shelf life by putting in appropriate containers and returning to correct pallets.
• Maintain proper rotation of dates in the re-work area.
• Sort and rework or dispose of non-saleable product found in the warehouse due to leakers or damage.
• Log re-worked product and turn in for proper inventory adjustments.
• Perform general housekeeping of warehouse in downtime (floors, walls, cobwebs, etc.).
• Maintain good dates on the reject wall.
