About The Position

Dexterity is the enterprise Physical AI company building intelligent robots for complex industrial work. Dexterity's Mech systems combine Foresight world model, robotics, and Physical AI platform to perform demanding logistics workflows, including trailer loading, trailer unloading, airport baggage handling, etc. at the speed, reliability, and safety levels required for high-volume operations. Dexterity's Foresight World Model powers real-time perception, planning, and execution across physical environments with the interpretability required for industrial deployment. Dexterity is headquartered in Redwood City, California. As a Product Growth Manager / Senior Product Growth Manager for Physical AI, you will be the primary interface between Dexterity and a portfolio of customers. Product Growth at Dexterity combines product management, strategic customer success, commercial execution, and customer adoption to maximize customer value and accelerate product evolution. You will help customers adopt Dexterity's robotics solutions successfully, grow the account footprint, support commercial negotiations, and translate customer needs into clear inputs for the product roadmap. This role is product growth at its core. You will manage customer operating rhythms, coordinate with senior stakeholders, negotiate off-road map tasks, and ensure customers have a trusted advisor. You will be at the intersection of operational outcomes, commercial commitments, product capabilities, and support needs. This role will structure and triage customer requirements to improve our core product and services. This role offers opportunities to expand into Strategic Customer Success, Strategic Transformation, or Product Management as Dexterity and our customer deployments continue to scale. Our teams operate at the frontier of Physical AI innovation and customer adoption, and will be a steep learning curve. This role is ideal for a self-starting customer-facing product manager, strategy consultant, or customer success generalist who combines structured problem-solving, executive communication, commercial judgment, technical fluency, and an ownership mindset.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience in product management, customer success, technical program management, solutions engineering, consulting, or a related customer-facing technical role. Typically 3–7 years of relevant experience.
  • Demonstrated experience working directly with customers, especially in an enterprise and B2B
  • Analytical mindset: ability to define metrics, interpret deployment outcomes, evaluate ROI, and connect product performance to business impact.
  • Strong structured problem-solving skills and ability to turn ambiguous customer problems into clear recommendations.
  • Customer-facing communication skills with executives, operators, technical teams, and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Product judgment and ownership mindset: ability to define what matters, clarify requirements, make tradeoffs, and drive decisions.
  • Technical fluency: comfortable discussing technical systems, data, performance metrics, reliability, integrations, or model/system behavior with engineers.
  • Strong written communication across product requirements, customer updates, decision memos, deployment reports, roadmap rationale, and executive readouts.
  • High ownership and comfort operating in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.

Nice To Haves

  • BS in Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, Robotics, or another STEM-related field preferred.
  • Experience in B2B technologies, enterprise SaaS, robotics, automation, logistics, supply chain, AI/ML, physical AI, or industrial technology
  • Former consultant or product/customer strategist with hands-on execution experience.
  • Experience building products for operationally complex customer environments.
  • Experience managing deployments, customer discovery, go-to-market strategy, value realization, or deployment scaling motions.
  • Familiarity with robotics, automation, warehouse operations, industrial systems, or technical software deployments.

Responsibilities

  • Work directly with customer accounts to understand existing workflows, pain points, deployment requirements, and scaling opportunities for Physical AI.
  • Define Physical AI user stories, acceptance criteria, performance requirements, support requirements, and customer-facing success metrics.
  • Translate customer needs into clear recommendations product opportunities, deployment plans, and Physical AI roadmap recommendations.
  • Build customer-facing materials that explain product functionality, deployment goals, performance, ROI, risks, and scaling plans.
  • Own regular customer reviews, and account operating cadences with clear agendas, owners, risks, decisions, and follow-through.
  • Track fulfillment against milestones, deployment commitments, customer success criteria, and internal action plans.
  • Manage commercial negotiations for customers accounts, including milestone sign-off, invoicing inputs, revenue recognition support, and commercial status tracking.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction, adoption health, support needs, escalations, and open risks in partnership with Product Support, Sales, Operations, and leadership.
  • Coordinate stakeholders across Sales, Product Management, Product Support, Operations, and leadership to keep customer programs moving.
  • Build internal reporting on account health, milestone progress, commercial status, customer satisfaction, open risks, and required decisions.
