About The Position

This is a hands-on Product Growth role with real ownership within a profitable, growing UK consumer technology business. The company operates a portfolio of consumer products with significant transaction volume across the UK and North America, and is building toward a next-generation platform. The role focuses on turning occasional, moment-driven users into habitual year-round customers by improving product experiences, experimentation, lifecycle, and growth mechanics. This is not a traditional marketing role; it requires a product and user behavior-first approach, identifying opportunities and working cross-functionally to implement them. The position is remote-first and employed on a full-time basis.

Requirements

  • Basic SQL or equivalent analytical capability is advantageous.
