About The Position

Tofu is addressing a critical problem in the AI era: distinguishing real from fake in the recruiting industry. AI has enabled widespread fraud, including fake credentials, impersonations, and synthetic identities, creating a $96 billion problem. Tofu is building a new standard for security in hiring and has raised $5 million to accelerate its growth. The company is seeking individuals who want to help build the trust layer for the internet and redefine identity in the AI era.

Requirements

3–7+ years of experience in growth or product roles.
Experience in building or scaling SaaS products generating millions in revenue.
Experience working with LLMs, agentic workflows, and prompting.
Strong analytical and operational mindset.
Clear articulation of thoughts and strong writing skills.
High EQ and interest in managing customer relationships.
Comfortable working across product, GTM, and ops.
Ability to thrive in ambiguity, prioritize, execute, and lead without direction.
Based in Toronto.

Previous experience starting a company.
Experience building a product or side project with reasonable scale or revenue.

Responsibilities

Drive product strategy, execution, and operational rhythm in collaboration with the CEO, CTO, and engineering team.
Own the product roadmap, prioritizing initiatives that drive growth.
Engage with high-value customers and enterprise accounts to understand pain points and translate them into features.
Serve as a strategic advisor and right-hand to the CEO, identifying and solving problems to enable business scale.
